Lead the Way with CLINT MCLAINWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:

• Service our existing client base with exceptional customer service and support.
• Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
• Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
• Provide daily reporting and updates on sales activity using our CRM system.Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
