About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Medical Surgical Schedule at Ascension St. Vincent's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating unit staffing, providing leadership, and ensuring the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care.Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute patient care assignments to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.

  • Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
