Job Description BAE Systems is looking for an experienced senior-level Java Developer to join a strong team supporting our government customer. With us, you will be able to make an impact while you hone your skills and grow in your career.The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, testing, coding, and developing Java software to meet user's needs; recommending software upgrades for current and future systems; ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing; and documenting every aspects of the application, service or environment as a reference for future operations and maintenance, including version and platform upgrades.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
• 8 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
• At least 4 years of experience using Java software. Demonstrated senior level expertise in java development in lieu of years of experience may be substituted on a case by case basis.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
